There are absolutely zero hidden fees in our standard service. If you need 'special services', then and only then will those charges be added, with your approval.

Shipping management will vary, as every customer will have their own requirements. Do they use Ship Station or some other form of software? How will they get orders to us? What are their requirements for acknowledgement of shipment on a daily basis? Do they ship UPS, Federal Express, USPS, DHL, and/or by truck?

Inventory - depending on the customer, if we are warehousing their inventory we will give them a weekly spreadsheet of their inventory counts per item. If the job is a "one-off" meaning they send product in, we package all of it and ship it all out, then we will count the inventory when it is delivered to us, and once everything is packaged and ready to ship, there should not be a discrepancy in the piece count going back out the door.

Services include blister packaging, skin packaging and skin wrapping, assembly, labeling, kitting, hand gluing, sorting, mailers, bagging, and shipping management. Let us know what you need.

We are very good at notifying the customer if we find defective product or product that is "iffy" and we feel the customer may return it or complain. We communicate these issues as they come up and let them make the final decision. Therefore, they get a complete inspection of their product from us unless they tell us not to do that process.
